Weekly classes


Weekly yoga classes are a great way to rejuvenate your body and mind whilst meeting new people.

I cater for all levels of ability and there is no pressure to advance to more challenging postures or routines. The classes are fun, friendly and relaxed!


Weekly yoga classes

Thursday 6.30-7.30pm
Saturday 9.30-10.30am
Holy Angels Church Hall, 18 Moorfield Road, Salford M6 7QD
£6 per class


My classes include:

  • A five-minute breathing activity to calm the body and mind in preparation for the class
  • A warm-up to soften and open joints and muscles
  • Sequences of both static and yoga flow postures to strengthen and tone the body as well as increasing flexibility
  • Concluding relaxation to allow the body time to reap the benefits of the class and leave feeling fully refreshed.


I have found Jenny’s yoga class very therapeutic and always feel better when I’ve attended her class. (In fact, I’ve only missed two classes in the past twelve months!). Due to arthritis, I can’t always manage all the positions but Jenny always offers an easier alternative which means that no-one ever needs to feel left out or inadequate.’


Jenny has designed a class for all levels and abilities. It is a very friendly group. My core strength, balance and suppleness have improved enormously and I would recommend joining.
